About Us
The Williamsburg Chocolatier was started by Evelyn Dixon in 1985. This Family owned and operated business was launched on a seasonal basis. The demand for the delicious chocolates continues to this day, and in 1992, the Williamsburg Chocolatier, expanded the line of chocolate confections for year round gift giving.
Our very first products were Swiss chocolate lollipops, better known as chocolate on a stick. From these products our chocolate line grew, adding fudge, truffles, chocolate confections, and very delicious pound cakes, brownies and cookies. Over the years, much remains unchanged from the very first batch of chocolates in 1985. We use only real chocolate when making our products, and no imitation coatings.Our customers say that our chocolates are the greatest!
